1 Definitions
- "Product" means the Echelon Kit digital product including all files, documentation, AI agent skills, master prompt, and template code.
- "Licensee" means the individual or entity that purchased the Product.
- "End Client" means a third party for whom the Licensee builds a business using the Product.
- "White-Label Rights" means the right to use the Product to build businesses for End Clients without attribution to Echelon Kit.
2 License Grant
Blueprint Tier ($250)
- Personal use license for one (1) individual
- Right to use the Master Prompt, AI Skills, and guides to build ONE (1) business for yourself
- No redistribution, resale, or sharing of Product files
- No white-label rights
Starter Kit Tier ($700)
- Extended license for one (1) individual or business entity
- Right to use the Product to build UNLIMITED businesses for End Clients
- White-label rights: You may rebrand deliverables (websites, CRMs, etc.) for End Clients
- You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the Echelon Kit Product files themselves
- You may NOT create a competing product derived from the Echelon Kit
- You may NOT upload the Product to any public repository, marketplace, or file-sharing service
Done-For-You Tier ($4,000)
- Full service engagement — Licensor builds the business stack for Licensee
- All deliverables are owned by the Licensee upon completion
- Same restrictions as Starter Kit regarding Product file redistribution
3 Intellectual Property
- The Product, including its architecture, methodology, prompt engineering, and AI agent skills, is the intellectual property of Isaiah Pacheco.
- Purchasing the Product does not transfer ownership of the IP.
- Code generated BY the AI using the Product belongs to the Licensee — you own what gets built.
- The Product FILES (master prompt, skills, guides, PDFs) remain the property of the Licensor.
4 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Share, upload, or distribute the Product files to anyone who has not purchased a license
- Create a derivative product (course, template, blueprint) based on the Echelon Kit for sale
- Reverse-engineer the methodology to create a competing product
- Claim authorship of the Echelon Kit or its components
- Use the Product for illegal purposes
- Exceed the scope of your purchased tier
5 White-Label Usage (Starter Kit & Done-For-You)
- You MAY build and sell completed business stacks to End Clients at any price
- You MAY brand deliverables with your own name or your client's name
- You MUST keep Product source files (master prompt, skills, guides) confidential
- End Clients receive the BUILT product, not the Echelon Kit files
- You are responsible for your own client relationships and support
6 Refund Policy
- 14-day money-back guarantee on Blueprint and Starter Kit tiers. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
- Done-For-You tier: refundable only if work has not yet commenced. Once the build begins, the engagement is non-refundable
- To request a refund within 14 days, or for any other questions, email isaiah.pacheco5321@gmail.com. We handle edge cases on a case-by-case basis
7 Limitation of Liability
- The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
- Licensor is not responsible for third-party service changes (API updates, pricing changes, etc.)
- Licensor is not liable for revenue, profits, or business outcomes
8 Updates
- Blueprint tier: no updates included
- Starter Kit tier: free updates for one (1) year from purchase date
- Done-For-You tier: 30 days of post-launch support included
9 Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
